I just took a poop and omg i think i have never take such a big shit ever in my life its humongous, a huge thanks again two both of you @LucH and @Serotoninskeptic , i feel like i've been reborn.

@LucH Yeah definitly water being a big part in the last days i drank only 700-1000 ml only, i just bought a high dose magnesium complex but i think it will take another day to deliver, thanks for the suggestions.

@Serotoninskeptic Not alot 3-5 g a day maybe i'll definitly try raw carrots thanks for the suggestion, yes i do the bulk of my calories come from starch with sat.fat but i usually get 2-3 bowel movements a day eating alot of starch.

Oke to start off i havent had a solid bowel movement in about 3 days, just constipated rabbit poops , but today i got an immense urge to poop, the problem is the shit is too big and rough, i tried black coffee and it didnt help at all just made the urge stronger but didnt make the shit softer or smaller and another problem is its all concentraded at the anus, its so big its like i have a ostrich egg inside me, i found out by trying to lubricate my anus with coconut oil and going a bit deeper, really need help, immense urge to poop but i cant, i dont have any enema tools or syringes so i cant do a proper enema.

Also sorry for my grammar mistakes or weird word/sentence formulations english is not my first language
