@deliciousowl how high of a doses do u recommend for vitamin k2 and should it be mk4 or mk7?

I need recommendation of what I'm lacking on such as supplements/minerals/vitamins i need for my diet since i mostly eat white rice, white sugar and honey on 2 glasses of milk and 1 mug of coffee and mostly chicken, or pork hardly ever beef especially liver and oyster and any fruits available such as oranges, banana, apple/pear/grapes and mixed with some kinds of vegetables that is for sure cooked in seed oils since most of them are street store bought foods. (i rarely get any salt on my diet)

@kyrre why does most peater use olive oil soap for both body and face? and doesnt coconut oil break u out?

As of now, I've been testing lots of skin care products but since I discovered peating, what are the ingredients should i avoid on a skin care product and also i need some suggestion for natural alternatives for cleanser, moisturizer, and spf and maybe more alternatives to such a harming ingredients on face that is used in the cosmetic industry.
