Canadian Blood Services saying I need to keep my hemoglobin above 130 g/L or I can't donate. I was basically 130 on the dot today. I want to keep donating so I want to keep my hemoglobin adequately high, but they are telling me to take an iron supplement which obviously I will not. So I would like some advice about how to reliably keep my hemoglobin around 140 g/L without having more than necessary iron. Also open to hearing other related information which you sense I might not know.

RE: Jewelry Discussion
@eugene I spent $500 on a pure silver (99.9%) chain (as opposed to sterling which is 92.5%). doesnt oxidize due to purity. urs might be cheaper if it is smaller but this judgment should be informed by ur bodysize.
