Aspirin for uncoupling?
How much aspirin is required for the uncoupling effect? I am 220lbs / 100kg. Took 1.3g (4 regular aspirin) this morning and definitely got a boost in body temp (99.0 fasting). Does this mean that 1.3g is enough?
Also, how long do the uncoupling effects last? Would it be wise to re-dose aspirin every 4-6 hours?

@PeaterDinklage Potatoes have a better nutrient profile and also contain high quality protein. Dr. Peat said that potato protein has a value of about 105 percent, slightly better than egg yolk, and significantly better than the protein found in rice or beans. Get some extra protein in while you're eating your carbs!
