Comfrey balm is my secret for preventing bruising, prolonged skeletal pain after injury. Never heard anyone in peat world talk about it. IDK if it is peaty but it has worked tremendously well for me. Especially when I was a child liberal application would prevent bruises from forming.

Spinach vs Carrot Salad
I'm cynical about the carrot salad. Raw carrots have nearly a 1:1 ratio of soluble to insoluble fiber. Meanwhile people are demonizing uncooked greens, but spinach for example has a superior 1:2 ratio of soluble to insoluble. Meanwhile it also has a ton of vit k and magnesium the latter of which promotes motility.
Anecdotally I've felt much better spamming 1-3 bowls of spinach with coco oil a day than I have doing carrot salads.

Popcorn is a SUPERFOOD
For months I have been trying to figure out how my Latina roommate has been surviving her diet of mostly Trader Joes brand Takis, Alcohol, sea salt vinegar chips. Literally never has dairy, no greens. ~1-2x a week she makes burgers which I think is her main protein.
BUT She does average about a bag of popcorn a day.
Then I thought about it:
-Takes only 2 minutes to make (low stress, keeps the flow of energy going)
-Palm oil (high saturated fat!)
-Barely any soluble fiber, HIGH insoluble (carrot salad alternative)
-Fantastic Mineral Content. Easy Magnesium (33%!)
-solid Thiamine and B3
-tastes fantastic
-high salt (thermogenic!) -
RE: Pyrucet RUINED my energy
I suspect at this point that I just can't digest carbs and have some sort of sibo. Maybe pyrucet stayed in my system for days at a time and this caused me to produce no energy at all since I wasnt able to digest fats because of it meanwhile bacteria were going after the carbs

suspected i had insulin resistance so i tried out pyrucet the last couple of weeks variations of topical and oral 4-10 drops and now even 2 days after taking it last I have the worst brain fog, fatigue I've had no matter how much sugar or fat I eat. Also taking 1 grain of NDT but otherwise no supps! aspring 325 mg hasnt helped
help!!
