Aspirin recommendations?
-
I want to get the "real" stuff. I've seen AniPrin powder online- do you just dissolve powder in water and drink? Is there any aspirin in pill form that doesn't contain heavy metals?
-
I dissolve mine in my morning coffee.
The pills all have binders so that the powder will stay in pill form.
-
@DavidPS Nice. Do you use AniPrin?

I use these https://www.amazon.com/Aspirin-Tablets-325mg-Geri-Care-Count/dp/B0006GE5F4?th=1 Only other ingredient is corn starch.

gericare 325mg on amazon if you want pills
aniprin P (also on amazon) for pure powder. (make sure you get the P version)i prefer aniprin powder since i can choose my dose accordingly, but pills are nice to have for family members. i just let the aspirin dissolve in my mouth, ray said 1mg vit k needed for every 325mg aspirin but if youre not taking aspirin in huge doses daily i dont think its a big deal. peat himself said he only takes aspirin whenever he remembers to, so like once a week maybe(?) he never had it part of a daily supplement stack or anything like that, just think of it as a tool.

@ilovethesea
Yes, Gericare. Note it must be the 1000ct bottle if you want corn starch only. The other sizes contain additional excipients.For myself on the other hand i have local sources for the Health A2Z brand. Corn starch only for all 325mg bottle sizes.
https://www.amazon.com/HealthA2Z-Uncoated-Original-Strength-Ingredients/dp/B01N9BIPFV/As for heavy metals testing, i haven't heard of any outright contamination but who knows. Maybe there would be better luck with powders, less processing for them perhaps?

@raytreats Yes, I use Aniprin. I purchased it locally at a tractor store. It is for horses and they had an apple flavored version (that I do not recommend). Just read the labels and purchase the version that you want.
