            For a specific event like a presentation; there may be additional things that would not fit into a regular regimen but effective for single uses (just don't become dependent on them!) such as phenibut, a shot of vodka, etc, but other people more knowledgeable on this than I am.

            Also realise that many aspects of social anxiety stem from a mental model in your head that is creating the issue; like overly caring what other people think, worrying about people judging you, etc, hence why social anxiety tends to decrease with age as one gets more wise and understands everyone else is just thinking about themselves and how they are perceived rather than actually focusing on you etc.

              Black seed oil . aka . black cumin oil, a full tsp or so but a tiny bit more can be taken, 15-30 minutes to take effect. Moderate strength and noticeable.

              I wouldn't take it on a permanent basis of course. Lots more reported benefits. More info and discussions at other bioenergetic forums.

                Just rub some magnesium oil on you to get some GABA action going. Avoid stimulants or anything that's adrenaline promoting.
