@BioEclectic - I agree with aspirin being important. My position is that if it costing pension systems $, then it has got to be healthy of induvials. It is good to learn that aspirin, which is currently cheap and readily available, is at the top of their list.

Aspirin seen costing pensions $100 billion as lifespans increase

Agreed that it's one that brings most of the benefits, but it was hard for me personally to pin down where it helped initially (in spirit of the thread). But now that it's been years i can pin down certain inflammations.

I recall that link and have shared it, i believe you had posted it elsewhere. Very worthy of reposting for newer members to see.

Yes, I posted it on a different forum. Here is a better link. Aspirin to fuel $100 bln pension costs

Before peating, I was on keto and IF - therefore for me getting back to the proper ratio of fats/protein/carbohydrates was a key move. Next was getting proper nutrients, avoiding fasting, and Aspirin.
Recently I introduced emodin - it is making new wonders for me!

                Nutrient-dense food

Child-like curiosity about food and other sensory inputs (asking Ray's empirical question 'Are these effects helpful in my present context?') rather than applying a drill-sergeant mindset or 'self-medicalization of food' mindset, where, in the past I prescribed or forced dietary constraints on myself without being sufficiently curious or sensitive to the informationally-rich feedback that the experience of food generated

Ditching willpower (aside from avoiding seed-oil-containing food that may sometimes appear appetizing): not only 'salting to taste' but also 'eating to taste' (i.e. intuitive dieting and experimenting playfully with 'approaching satiation points' rather than having ad hoc 'stopping rules' or portions); this made me love food and removed all stress from my relationship with it

@Chud how often do you run DNP. I'm interested in it but seems pretty hardcore

every few months, i bulk until i feel im fat then run DNP for 2-3 weeks and lose 10-15 lbs. im natural so its a real game changer. i used to want to roid, but it turns out DNP is all i need, apparently it also has life extending benefits at lower doses, i think @haidut (?) posted about some rat study on RPF.

Being on 200mgs of DNP feels like having the perfect thyroid dose all the time, my brain is hot, my body is hot, mood is great...all despite the fact that im wasting energy b/c of the DNP mechanism. Only when you push super high doses daily do you risk overheating and lethargy.
