Vit D to Vit K ratio when supplementing aspirin? your experiences/suggestions?

I already supplement Thorne's Vit d/k2 buuuuut I wanna use another Vit D brand that uses EVOO as the solvent. I also think I would like to slowly introduce aspirin, so I am wondering how much Vit K to supplement while taking say... 5000iu of Vit D and maybe 250-500mg aspirin. thanks!

@pseudomonkey make sure its mk4 not mk7. mk7 at those doses will give you hearth palpitations. As mk4 leaves your bloodstream much faster while mk7 sticks around for days. I used to take 500mcg of mk7 and had that problem.

@VehmicJuryman I remember danny roddy saying he got ringing in his ears after taking large doses of more than 1-3g. he also has a really interesting way of preparing it by dilution. were you just popping the pills?
