@pseudomonkey make sure its mk4 not mk7. mk7 at those doses will give you hearth palpitations. As mk4 leaves your bloodstream much faster while mk7 sticks around for days. I used to take 500mcg of mk7 and had that problem.

@VehmicJuryman I remember danny roddy saying he got ringing in his ears after taking large doses of more than 1-3g. he also has a really interesting way of preparing it by dilution. were you just popping the pills?
