Why K2 mk4 instead of mk7?

@Ismail Lovely thank you! This guy looks interesting just on the sidebar there are so many topics I want to know more of.
From personal experience higher dose of mk7 gave me hearth palpitations. Mk7 stays in the blood longer and some people say that that makes it more effective I think that means exactly the opposite. Its a sign that it isnt being used up rapidly unlike mk4. Also Im unsure how the math works out since MK7 converts to MK4. So a small "mcg" dose of MK7 would convert to how little MK4?

Can confirm, my wife has experienced this (along with an extremely warm, uncomfortable feeling) after applying MK-7 topically for several weeks.

This is where I first read about hearth palpitations from MK7. I already stopped taking MK7 as I stopped all supplements because of the palpitations. I was waiting for my MK4 and connected the dots when I read this.

Guess I will have to cough up the extra cash for Kuinone. In my country there's practically no MK-4 supplement available.
