      NAC kills brain cells according to Peat.

      inosine is good for atp, it is a component of cardenosine

        @basebolt

        I know however I think Cardenosine is badly formulated

        Taking ATP directly won't work

        and the ingredients he is using are novel and not well known

        compare it to these supplements I linked to. you will find a pattern in online supplements that want to boost ATP

          I think the vodka/alcohol in your formulation may have a negative effect.

          Have you tried browsing bioenergetic.life to see info related to hair regrowth and atp? Maybe co2 therapy topically would be good. Massages. Low intensity red light (too high can harm).

            what is your experience with cardenosine?

            look up the talking camel hair protocol. i've seen multiple, like probably a dozen people get ridiculous regrowth on it, even people who were almost at "it's over" levels of bald. it is not peaty at all. the guy who made the protocol has alot of criticisms of ray's work

              @basebolt I think vodka is the best because it is technically food.

              ethanol, methanol, rubbing alcohol are chemicals.

                @noodlecat59 can't find the talking camel protocol on google

                I thought cardenosine lowered my body temperature and I felt worse

                Swanson ATP gave me the same problem

                I have seen the best results from Minoxidil/dermastamping dermarolling

                https://www.hairlosstalk.com/interact/threads/very-impressive-dermarolling-and-minxodil-results-from-tressless.117746/page-200

                obviously don';t use Minoxidil though

                        I've used it before. Not sure I noticed anything though.

                          @noodlecat59

                          you linked to a man using spironolactone and bio-estro cream

                          I doubt anyone would recomend those

                              here is another supplement to confirm my beliefs about how to raise ATP

                                In response to the man advising to use bio estro cream

                                I think it works by causing vasodilation

                                There are better ways to increase vasodilation to the scalp
