I don’t think he does recommend nicotine as a first line treatment but there is an email of him saying 1mg is safe

Does anyone have any experience with nicotine? I have been taking it lately and noticed very potent anti-estrogen effects but there are definitely downsides

I have experience of it normally but not in some small 1mg amount , it gives head rush and you can lock in
