      Tibialis raises. They're pretty much my recommendation to people with any sort of shin/leg/knee problems.

        @ZeroTron if you want to grow huge trapz, get wrist straps and do heavy behind-the-back barbell shrugs with cheat form (don't control the ascent/descent, but keep your core stable lol)

          Not wacky or zany, but sled drags fixed all knee pain I’ve had. Including injuries.

            I imagine farmers carries while carrying something anabolic like a heavy sword, gun or wife induces more hypertrophy than just kettlebells, still experimenting tho.

              Lifting and carrying heavy unconventionally shaped objects. I like to find large rocks or fallen logs to pick up on hikes.

                  Doing pushups on an extra large exercise ball like in this video. It is quite a lot of fun and according to my apple watch, I usually burn 350-400 calories in about 45 minutes. This and going on walks are my favorite ways to get in some cardio. You just need a decent amount of space to do it. https://www.instagram.com/p/CtrjgHquld3/

                    Backbridges- I recommend them to everyone for mobility and strengthening. They are easy to progress.

                      steel clubs and maces/gada are great for grip, forearms,shoulders and core. Also very fun and addictive. Great companion to kettlebell.

                        @ZeroTron

                        for shoulders: wobbly plyo pushups on the half-flat medicine ball

                        otherwise knees over toes guy is the king of wacky and zany exercises. for example

                        • walking backwards uphill on a powered off treadmill
                        • reallllly deep lunges
                        • weighted stretching/lifting hybrids

                          the zercher deadlift and squat are probably the weirdest, most uncomfortable, and most beneficial exercises, especially with greater weight.
                          when i used to wrestle in high school this exercise helped me so much; tremendous real-world carryover

                            @tomate also helps in developing anabolic mindset. Unrelated but my nominee for wacky zany exercises is anything involving hanging and/or swinging (weighted hangs, pullups, gymnastics). Often can help resolve shoulder issues.
