I boil for half an hour, then lay them out overnight on a tray, then bake tray at 90 C for 30 minutes.
I use a nutribullet pro blender. It turns it into fairly fine white powder.
I don't remove the membrane because most of my eggshells have been out for a while and the membrane dries stuck. I do recommend rinsing inside of eggshell after cracking so you get a cleaner powder later.

I think any breathwork controlling (especially slowing) rate of breathing counts as meditation. This breathing exercise seems like a bit of postural control + breathing.
The action of focusing on a single thing is inherently meditative.

Tidal CO2 is the amount of CO2 exhaled in one breath. I'm guessing that if the amount of CO2 exhaled is less than it was before more CO2 must be absorbed.

But to be honest I have no clue. I've also heard that meditation is rather antimetabolic and so it'd make sense for it to calm a hungry person. Maybe its antimetabolic because it supresses hunger. Or Qi is antimetabolic.

@CO3 The extremely cheap stuff I got wholesale tastes like piss and is generally uncomfortable to use. I've tried arm and hammer and it's extremely smooth.
I like dropping a tablespoon in my mouth and swishing a bit of coke with it before swallowing.
