User should be reinstated if rules do not specify that racial slurs are cause for banning. Otherwise, you are banning them based on a whim. Change official rules to be updated to new standard if user base agrees.

Jews are also a distinct ethnic group, with distinct genetics and racial characteristics, if you were unaware.

Converting to Judaism is not as easy as you may think, at least not orthodox, some reform synagogues might accept you, but you would just be a shabbos goy. Just like most prevalent political figures who marry into powerful Jewish families (Trump, Biden). All of Trumps children are married to Jews.

Again, even if these things were 100% true, it’s not germane to the topic of calling out a forum owner as Jewish, like that’s any sort of warranted thing to do, which is what zoomerdoomer and a few others did, which is all I care to address.

Regarding moderation and forum rules: according to the theory and praxis of complex systems (AKA Chaos Theory) a system (like a forum) without constraints and attractors will always be in permanent high chaos.Therefore, It would be good to conceive some enabling constraints (guidelines) and emphasize that the main attractor is an educational exchange about bioenergetics as a medicine and philosophy...
That can be done with the help of pinned posts, FAQs, and proper moderation.
Examples of enabling constraints:
Forum entries should be- substantive and respectful
- with minimal or no personal name-calling
- without informal fallacies like a straw man, etc...
