~100g heq coconut oil for highest (good luck stomaching that, but 25g-30g still a big difference) (wonder if that would be additive to caffeine, maybe to an extent)
    30 minutes before exercise
(easily used fuel source gives extra time before getting into glycogen stores)

@cs3000 great study. A 4x increase in swim time is pretty decent!
Imagine adding caffeine and b vitamins.

You can probably replace the word "workout" by "anything that's stressful to you", wether it's sports or a job interview doesn't matter. Coconut oil should make you more stress resistant.

What's also interesting is that palm oil was so much less effective , since it's also relatively saturated.
I thought it might be the MCT content, but as it turns out, the MCT content is pretty simialr on those two oils. So it might have to do with CO being more saturated.

      Dare to think.

@Mauritio yea and a decent amount an hour or so before sleep could be good for sleeping through the night if wake up too soon. as would spare the glycogen for longer . i just got some coconut milk powder

there's 2 types of palm oil , that kernel oil which has a bunch of lauric acid / very different profile to the other palm oil with no MCTs or lauric acid. so probably used the 2nd type https://www.researchgate.net/figure/Fatty-acid-composition-of-palm-oil-and-palm-kernel-oil_tbl1_282129563
