I've been drinking the vitamin D full fat Costco milk & I've been having stomaches & diarrhea all week. What's up with this shit? Is there any other alternative? I need the fats & carbs & protein it gives. The milk is fresh.

@Pooooop possible lactose intolerance or fucked up gut flora. I've heard people talk about drinking raw milk to replenish bacteria that helps digest lactose

@samson Yep, I think I might've developed some sort of lactose intolerance. I remember a few months ago milk started making me insanely sick & I had to stop drinking for a couple days to get it off. As well I'm breaking out, I have like 5 new huge whiteheads & 2 painful pimples on my face. I'm going through the end of puberty but still

@samson Can you point me to any resources to help fix your gut biome?

@Pooooop my personal experience, drinking lactaid milk with regular milk, like a quart of each a day slowly introducing more regular milk and less lactaid milk, along with a carrot salad for breakfast, helped me, though it was pretty rough at first, same symptoms as you. there's probably a better way than white-knuckling thru. if you ever got a DNA ancestry test, you can download your genome from the company and upload it to genetic genie and they can tell you if you have a lactase persistence gene. I had the gene, but still experienced ance breakouts, diarrhea, etc for most my life until recently. Im sure kefir would help introduce positive bacteria aswell

@samson Yeah I've decided to drink lactose free milk for now.
