            There's a thread on Raypeatforum with thousands of replies which addresses this, I would link you but I'm banned, there were many protocols that seemed to fix the problem (testicle size as well as all/most sides) but the OP did very low dose HCG every other day for 6 months (I think 250iu), others were cycling testosterone, HCG and something called Clomid for faster results but doing that too rapidly can cause some serious mental side effects. There were many other less widely used protocols in the thread as well.

            A search for HCG on that forum should bring the thread up.

              @mavuue hi 1st approach is lowering estrogen and increasing thyroid (hypogonadotropic hypogonadism is commonly high estrogen causing negative feedback & also from low thyroid as t3 stimulates steroid production / leydig function in the testicles)

              e.g https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33083267/ where t4 fixed this, (i'd use t4:t3)

              • In our study, 72.5% (29/40) had hypogonadism at baseline. After euthyroidism, testosterone levels normalized in all of them except one. {& LH increased}
              • To conclude, Leydig cell function was more severely affected than Sertoli cell function in overt hypothyroidism. Among semen parameters, sperm motility was predominantly affected. Restoration of euthyroidism led to almost complete normalization of the majority of the deranged parameters.

                @mavuue If your cortisol is elevated (probably is) it would be helpful to lower it too (together with estrogen).

                In general, the best approach is to focus on improving your overall health, especially metabolism with thyroid optimization (as others already mentioned).
