Have had great experiences with this substance time and time again. I do not take it as a supplement, just when I suspect I have a fungal infection which are very rare and I can usually tell by certain factors; one of them being itchiness to the point of getting spontanous sort of sores (not as dramatic as it sounds, very small but unpleasant) above my ear as well as joint pain and lack of energy.

It's one of those very context-sensitive things. The relief of these issues I'm talking about came from a single dose, which also instantly increased peristalsis and made me feel better. I would highly suggest trying just half a teaspoon of it or less 3 days in a row once a day, to exclude potential problems caused by fungus. Sulphur is found in eggs as well, but when I take it I usually take a dose that's enough to where I smell it on my skin the next day slightly.

It's also good to take a smaller dose alongside antibiotics, as fungus can compete with certain bacteria, meaning that killing off the latter can increase the growth of the former.

Much more effective than MSM, again another recommendation of Peat's that's super valuable. The one I'm using is for pigeons lol but had a decent purity from what I can tell.

A tiny light coating of flowers of sulphur over a fungal skin problem willl in my experience fix it pretty harmlessly. So topical is very good too.

@Ecstatic_Hamster Yes, for sure. In fact, it is known as a cure for acne in many poorer countries

@CO3 I'm interested in trying FOS for sibo. Does anyone know of a source for relatively small amounts (or that otherwise has it for cheap)? I saw 200 mg for a few days from Peat - is that a fine dose?
