For the past year or so iv been experiencing some symptoms like poor concentration, memory, anxiety and fatigue.
I have 96.26 °F by waking up. I just got some lab results which I’m not sure if they are good. To start I have TSH of 2.270 μUI/mL which according to ray is pretty high. Prolactin is 9.21 ng/mL which is again high according to ray. T3 is 1.16 ng/mL and T4 is 7.μg/dL. Cortisol is 8.50 μg/dL. Total Testosterone is 9.0500 ng/mL. I have been working on my diet and lifestyle but still have some issues. I haven’t supplemented anything. I would really appreciate the comments or suggestions.

@dellamo I really strongly suggest an appointment with Danny Roddy or Jay Feldman — getting on cynomel / cynoplus will be a good goal.

In the meantime, one thing you can get to working on now for being eligible to get on thyroid, is elevating cholesterol — get that tested when you can.

If needed, OJ, other sources of sugar, and dairy, will help cholesterol go up.

Ask the doctors about the results - but they usually exaggerate when things are "slightly" off. My opinion: don't rush into any solutions, and don't seek supplements.

What I can say is when I was 22 or so I didn't eat much red meat or eggs, and ate a lot of processed food, milk/cereal. I also ate nuts and pasta quite a bit.

At the time, I usually felt low energy, physically not as strong, and often tired. As for memory, anxiety, fatigue, this was also an issue.

Diet is probably playing some part in your problem.
I also had thyroid checked more recently but with good results.

I would try more fruit, milk, eggs, liver/red meat. These all have tons of nutrients which should restore energy. Menemen or shakshuka is a really good tomato/egg dish that I think instantly generates energy.

Hallo! I really appreciate your answer. I will definitely look into an appointment. I know both of them but iv been trying to find a solution on my own. I guess it’s time to look for some other help.

Thanks a lot for your answer. Iv been looking into my diet for maybe the last 4 months leaving process food and leaning into fruits, meat, yogurt milk. I just haven’t found the key. I have been always been skeptical with supplements and try to avoid them but I’m just getting tired of not finding a solution. I will keep improving my diet.
              Again thanks a lot

@dellamo After having gone around the mountain and then eventually getting a consult with Danny, I suggest it. On top of having a complete grasp of Peat, they've got the collective experiences of thousands of clientele, and know what bloodwork means better than doctors (on top of good suggestions for where to get blood tests cheap, etc).

@dellamo the TSH and temps would indicate low thyroid. What do you eat normally?
