        @Sugarnotsnow yeah the crazy combo for me is bromo + vitamin E + maybe some zinc picolinate. Hypersexual rat.

          "Vit E is great for lowering prolactin.

          I used 800IU of TocoVit vitamin E daily for 30 days and my prolactin dropped from 8.5 to 2.2.

          My prolactin wasn't elevated so it will work even better for someone with high prolactin.

          I like TocoVit as it contains lots of alpha-tocopherol, which is responsible for lowering prolactin. It's also a great source of policosinols. "
