Probably nice but calcium won't be as high as regular ice cream without any milk in it

I realize it's a cheat but that can be partially remedied by stirring in some ice cold low fat milk. It would likely tame down the sweetness too. -
Or use calcium carbonate powder

Yes, it does taste like coconut. It sweet as well. I went on a walk about 60 mins after eating some. My hands were very warm, heartbeat was fast as well. Felt like I was kind of "cooking" from the inside, but in a good way.

The cleanest coconut-based ice cream I could find on the East Coast was Luna & Larry’s, but I haven’t seen it in stores for quite some time now. Coconut ice cream is easy to make, though.
