Thank you. Do you possibly know why Georgi Dinkov ranked caffeine and K2 mk4 at a 1st place in effectiveness of curing a fatty liver? I understand the mechanism of why caffeine works for that but I wonder why does K2 mk4 cure a fatty liver?

@Ray-Peat-Fanboy Not exactly sure the mechanism behind K2 but for me a combination therapy of K2, Energin, and 7+ cups of coffee a day paired with a lowfat diet reversedd my fatty liver

How many grams of fat per day did you eat during the low fat diet?
