    Hi,

I went on TRT/clomiphene 4 months ago to help recover from a brain injury, and within a month I felt like my old self after almost 3 years of post concussion syndrome. In addition, my neuroendocrinologist also put me on Pregnenolone 50mg and DHEA 10mg, both Life Extensions brands.

Last month, we re-ran my labs and my testosterone was almost 1100, which was no surprise because I felt super human. My estrogen was also high, Pregnenolone was low, DHEA was high.

My Dr. recommended I take a supplement called DIM detox (https://smartq.pureforyou.com/products/32040737734690/dim-detox) to help stop the aromatization of test ---> estrogen, but every time I take it I feel apathetic and a low level depression, so I stopped taking it and have been taking higher dose vitamin E.

My thought process is that the Pregnenolone is further helping strengthen the pathway of Preg ---> DHEA ----> Test ----> Estrogen and Progesterone will help oppose Estrogen, although also think there could be a Cortisol steal thing happening with the low Pregnenlone, since my body was stuck in fight or flight for about 3 years.

Any ideas how to approach this? I have a bottle of Progest-E sitting in my fridge but want to be mindful with the hormone protocol I'm on not to fuck anything up.

@Insomniac ha well my doctor lowered my dosage, I think superhuman wasn't the right word to use with them lol. I definitely don't feel superhuman now.

What do you mean the psychological impact of TRT? Can you speak more about that?

Here's my results so not sure if 61.2 is dangerously high or what
