Just figured out that my milk allergy is remedied by drinking goat milk instead, but the only issue is that the only readily available type of goat milk is whole, and I don't want too much fat. Does anyone have any methods to obtain low fat goat milk?

@periander345 Meyenberg sells it but the flavor repulsed me. There are also goat milk powders(Mt. Capra) that have no additives/aren't fortified with anything.

The fat separates pretty quickly so if you just leave the cup of milk still for a while and carefully drink through a straw you're set.
