I suppose you wanted to say nicotinic acid.
Niacine ou niacinamide ?
Vitamin B3 comes in two basic forms - niacin (also called nicotinic acid) and niacinamide (also called nicotinamide). A variation on niacin, called inositol hexaniacinate, is also available in supplements.
I won't take niacin higher than 20-25 mg (skin flush).
When searching for B3, niacin is often used as a generic name. Read the compo in details.Edit: Don't simply answer by saying it's for improving energy. Say how you feel, give details on your temp, mood, endurance, digestion, etc.

@LucH I think he means actual nicotine since he speaks of the "vasoconstrictive" effect

@Pondamaster I take nicotine while working to get me more addicted to work it works great haha. To be honest if your carbondioxide is high and eating alot of carbs before each nicotine to lower its blood sugar lowering effect then it does not lower my vasodilation at all. Timeperiods of my life where my body predominantely operated throught nitric oxide instead of co2 I saw decrease in bloodflow from nicotine

@Pondamaster I think eating extreme amounts of carbs getting your blood sugare really high and then taking nicotine to shuttle it into the muscle is like a doping drug haha. When I did this I grew alot.
Before bed I would always consume 2 liters of milk with 100g sugar, 100g honey and 1 liter pineapple juice, then I would take 2 nicotine pouches. As soon as blood sugar dont felt like If it was ultra high I would take out the nicotine. I made sure to not let it lower my blood sugare to much, just enough so I didnt feel completely stuffed anymore haha

@Uncover do you eat take out food in thailand? is the dairy there good? the milk from 7/11, I have no idea what is in it, always tastes so sweet.

@sneedful Find dairy home grass fed milk. Its one of the few safebet milks here. Its really good haha. You can find it in gourmet market, Paleo Robbie and alot of other places including more normal stores like Big C. You will probably not find the 1 liter grass fed version in Tops, Makro or Big C though. Warning its expensive for being milk costing ca 4 dollar per liter.
I rarely eat takeout from cheaper places but if I do I am very picky. You got alot of high quality resturaunts in bangkok with very high quality meat but still figure out what oil they use ofcourse. I havent been here a long time but most likely alot of the more epensive places uses new Zealand grass fed butter since its regarded highly here. Oysters can be found at decent prices here and there. Orange juice and fruits you can find really good quality here. Even 7/11 have a high quality orange juice.
Out of the cheaper milks the dutch named one is the better one from my experience, I havent tried that many but still. My dad was also suprised since it tasted more similar to scandinavian milk than the other cheap ones. Dairy home taste both really well, really high quality and really, well, real haha.
Do you live in Thailand? Where are you situated? I think Bangkok has the widest range of quality foods since alot more rich people live here
Paleo Robbie is an online shop that mostly ship most of their stuff only in Bangkok. Some of the stuff you can purchase even if you live outside of Bangkok tho
