@Insomniac If u want to get crazy anemia take aspirin everyday like I did for years and then u will go to the ER dying. And yeah, thyroid intake didn't even matter. Aspirin can directly block the red blood cell production.
We're you doing an iron panel testing during that time?

@Insomniac 50 mg k2 mk4 high iron intake and b2 cured me.

Appreciated.
Because of your post on another forum I avoid also taking vitamin E. Do you recall the dose?
It's good to post it so anybody who wants to become dangerously anemic will know how .

Thanks. He's such a fun interview.
I think I heard him say 2x per week.

@Insomniac
Good catch. I appreciate you fact checking me on this.He mentioned both periods.
Here's the transcript:
"that saying that for some cancers even twice a month is enough that's all you need to take um probably because it builds up or because it fixes some of these metabolic derangements that are there so I take twice a week I take a regular tablet twice a week uh I take ninite at 500 milligrams daily..."

I'm curious about your "he's very entertaining" reply.Are you suggesting Georgi's nothing beyond entertaining?
Blink twice if yes

He's a blast to listen too. I'm a fan.
In particular I enjoy hearing him talk about human metabolism. His energy sells his philosophy although he was probably born with it tbh.
The guy works a 9-5 and does the bio-energetic stuff on the side. Incredible

I wasn't clear...
Do you agree with his conclusions about proper nutrition and excellent health?

I agree with his position that the medical system has ignored issues with cellular metabolism as a primary driver of disease.
Nobody is correct about everything and even brilliant people are pulled away from the truth due to biases but he offers a valuable perspective imo.
