PSSD any advice?

I’m young still in school I took ssris for 3 years in my youth for OCD which still troubles me.
My parents took me to the doctor and we did not know any better and nor did I, only recently I was awoken to how cucked society is when I noticed I had lost some feeling down there during ejaculation(as well as other life troubles). It has not gotten better even though I no longer take them. It’s like I get no erognous pleasure down there. It feels like rubbing the back of my hand and shooting out fluid. It is rather sad. I never had any sexual experiences in my life yet and now I have lost the ability to feel sexually. I have read some of the subreddit and they claimed it has to do with the gut but I don’t know what to do. Anyone been where I am ? -
It must be tough. I hope you find someone who's gone thru your initial experience and struggle and found a way to slowly get back to enjoying life with the drugged past being only a memory. One thstthat has cut his teeth the hard way would be able to help you avoid the difficult task of curing yourself on your own. Finding such a guide or coach is crucial, and healing on your own effort, while possible, can be very hard as you are not in the best position to think on your own. Hope you also have a supportive family or friends too.
That said, its good you have the desire to care enough to reach out for help. I pray and wish you the best in the coming years.

Hi,
Did you stop abruptly “helpful” phytotherapy, to get more performant or feel fine?
If yes, a sudden or worsening loss of sexual desire, arousal, or satisfaction often arouse. The brain experiences rapid changes in the levels of serotonin, induced by a "feel good" substance. It takes time to recover.
