Has anyone here come with a good recipe for a no-bake homemade protein bar with tallow?
I am trying to come up with something simple, no-bake, that I can give to my son for school, when he does not have time for a long, complex (proper) Peat lunch.
I like tallow because of the way it is used in pemmican, but I don't have time to make actual pemmican.
I was thinking of something like this, but I lack details (and I cannot find a single homemade bar recipe on the web with tallow)
2 cups Protein powder (Mt. Capra Clean Whole Protein) 1/2 cup tallow ?
      1 cup oats ?
      1/2 cup A2 milk
1/2 cup maple syrup or raw honey ?
      2 cups chopped dates ?
      1 tbsp vanilla extract
      Salt
This would be kept in the freezer until it is time to leave for school.
