    I randomly seemed to started having foamy pee recently. What are some dietary methods to solve this? Gelatin? Coconut oil?

      Sign of excess protein not well assimilated (albumine).
      We can't assimilate More than 35 g protein (150 g meat) in once.

          If problem with less than 150 g, probably a problem with kidneys.

            I normally eat around 30 grams of protien at a time, mostly muscle meat (can't help it rn). Along with eating more gelatin, could there be anything else that could mess with the kidneys? I always thought the foam was bile acids.

              Diabetes can lead to kidney damage (diabetic nephropathy) that affects the glomeruli.
              => What's your last blood test for Hb1Ac (glycated blood sugar).
              Must be under 7. Best under 6.
              If you're under 50 years aged, it should indicate 5.

              Explanation:
              A hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C) test is a blood test that shows what your average blood sugar (glucose) level was over the past two to three months. Glucose is a type of sugar in your blood that comes from the foods you eat. Your cells use glucose for energy.
              This test is more accurate than just the glycemia.

                @LucH I've never had a A1C test, I already thought I may have high FFA/sugar cuz I don't take enough thiamine/potassium or something, thiamime especially. Failing Peating LOL.

                I think I'll experiment with creatine/taurine to empower my liver & maybe some pyrucet if I can find a seller.

                Are there other good signs of diabetes?

                    @LucH Probably normal, maybe hungry. I may get cold at the extremities, or sleepy, which I can tell is a sign of high stress & low carbs so I eat.

                      We have to make the difference between " I want" to and "I need" (craving).
                      I suppose a need since you feel better when eating.
                      I suggest to prepare and adapt your brain to the consumption of coconut oil (1 tsp, then 2 tsp) to burn ketones if you don't want to see DT3 (brain lack for glucose).
                      I would optimize the amount of potassium to make it easier for carbs to reach the cell.
                      Potassium bicarbonate, 1.2 g. Not after a meal with meat. Wait 3 hours.
                      Keep the BMI between 19-25.
                      Go for a walk 15-20' after a meal with high carbs to avoid an excess remaining amount of glucose.
                      When I feel stressed, I take one dose magnesium bisglycinate 2.0-2.5 g. No use to take it before a stressful event. Only after.
                      A technique like sophrology, EFT or just deep breath (stomach) could help lowering the cortisol level.

                        @Pooooop I’ve been trying to solve this for about 1.5 years since I got CFS. But overall what seems to be the best help and reduces the foamy is b vitamins. I guess through the improved oxidation of glucose? I’m not sure but they reliably reduce that symptom for me
