      I started taking 5mg of Bayer Aspirin a day. I know Aspirin is a blood thinner and can be related to Vitamin K deficiency—although last one is what I mostly heard only in these circles. I assumed from such a low dose I won’t feel any side effects.

      Not long after regularly taking aspirin I started feel some sort of pain, or rather discomfort since pain is a strong word, in my tibia when I jumped or walked quickly. Not a good look.
      3 pillars of the bone health are Ca, Vit D and Vit K. Or at least that’s how I see it? Thats where I started looking. I regularly drink a liter of milk and other dairy daily and seriously think that I cannot be, at least that much, deficient in Ca. I thought Vit D since i have been locked up in my house a bit more than usual. I started going out, even supplementing vit D a bit. Seriously though I have gastric cancer or something since I also do feel a bit of a discomfort in my stomach. Then it dawned on me, could it be Aspirin?

      I stopped taking it for a couple of days and, idk if it’s placebo or something, but it seems to work? I feel kind of better, not perfect. Although weird I haven’t noticed any trouble with my blood coagulation, and I assumed that would come 1st.

      Now that I am writing this it also comes to me that maybe I irritated my gastric mucosa? Could it be? Is the good old disgusting baking soda my resolution? Thoughts? Am I slow?

        Bone or articulation?
        => Tendinose.
        I suppose you meant 500 mg aspirin.

            @Njegos

            Why are you taking aspirin?
            I take it for headaches, muscle pain, or pufa overload generally.

            Somewhat unrelated but as a side effect I've noticed that over 1g (>1000mg) sometimes my perception of time becomes acute and as if I'm concentrating very intently. I've also experienced diminished inner monologue with these higher doses. However, also related, when I have very bad headaches, the relief aspirin provides is literally life saving. It can make you feel "well" again. Good normal / well, though, not like prozac, with the motto, "better than well," though I've never taken prozac.

                Have you tried L-théanine if stressed + Mg bisglycinate, Valerian & passiflora (Phyto) if anxious ?
                EFT could help too; not need to believe in...
