Ich habe angefangen, einige Artikel von Ray ins Deutsche zu übersetzen.

Habe vor, als nächstes den über die Youth Steroids zu übersetzen und generell meine anderen Lieblinge. Falls irgendwer sich am Projekt beteiligen möchte, sag gerne Bescheid. Würde mich sehr freuen!

Besides that I want to mention Landliebe vanillapudding , which is 90% milk and very tasty. Great macros. High carb low protein.

Also Edeka has some good creme brulee without any bad ingredients.

REWE has some great vanilla, chocolate and caramel puddings in small glass containers , no bad ingredients as well.

The best OJ right now is Amecke milde orange IMO .

Oh and DM has some dried mango stripes that are absolutely delicious

I tried different tangerine juices in the last weeks and months, and the best one is from Netto (Lieblings Direktsaft Mandarine). The orange juice is trash though.

And yes, the Mango stripes from dm are the best. Very sweet and without additives, so they use ripe mangos. I tried mango stripes from Penny once or twice and they were from very unripe mangos.

@Luke nice I never shop at netto so I didn't know they had mandarine juice. Since REWE removed my beloved clementine juice I'm in need for a replacement. I'll check it out.

I have some mango stripes from my local market that are even better but DM is a close second.

Well, yesterday I made that post and today I bought a bottle that was relatively sour for the first time. So I may have jinxed it.

I once bought mango stripes on a market in Frankfurt and they were very sweet and had a deep orange color. But also pretty expensive.

Hallo zusammen, hat jemand eine Empfehlung für ein gutes Kollagenpulver?

Hatte bisher immer das „Great Lakes“ Produkt bestellt. Leider ist dieses oft nicht verfügbar und auch recht teuer, da Importprodukt.

Vll weiß jemand ein ähnliches Produkt.

@Mauritio Bei uns hier in Südostbayern kann ich die Frischmilch in der braunen Glasflasche fast überall kaufen, z.B. bei Edeka, Rewe, Bioladen, usw..

Die in der durchsichtigen Glasflasche würd ich kaufen, wenn die in der brauenen Flasche nicht verfügbar ist.
Die in der braunen ist aber noch n Tick besser. Wird als „traditionell hergestellt“ bezeichnet, d.h. nicht homogenisiert, der Rahm schwimmt nach oben und kann abgeschöft werden, falls man seinen Fettkonsum reduzieren reduzieren will. Also ganz praktisch.

I'm not trying to grow my account, just trying to connect with people. Personally, bioenergetics had a huge impact on my view of life, so its not easy to find people who have the same vibe. I'm glad that I have a few really good friends but our interests are quite different.

That you can't find anyone like minded In a city as big as Berlin Is wild. But Berlin people don't strike as the average peaters lol

@Mauritio die Bio Schwarzwaldmilch bei Rewe ist super, ebenfalls nicht-homogenisiert & in brauner Flasche - auch geschmacklich die beste Milch, die ich bisher ausfindig machen konnte

@Mauritio Ich muss mich den anderen anschließen. Die Berchtesgadener Milch ist die beste und die Demeter Milch, nicht homogenisiert, in der braunen Flasche ist meine Lieblingsmilch. Leider kriege ich sie nicht mehr in der 1,5% Variante und kaufe deshalb die "normale" Bioland Variante von denen. Schmeckt aber auch sehr gut. Ich mag auch die Heumilch sehr gerne sowie Andechser. Berchtesgadener bleibt aber mein Favorit.

Aktuell ist der beste Osaft (Preisleistung) für mich der Osaft von Netto/Edeka (ist offensichtlich derselbe), aber aus Konzentrat. Schmeckt aber super und keine Zusätze. Bei Netto kostet der 2,75 pro Liter, und das ist echt gut für Bio-Osaft zurzeit.

Die ist zwar nicht bio aber die Marshmallows die ich damit mache sind mega geil.

Ich hatte zwar immer von Natural Elements deren Kollagenpulver gekauft aber letztes Mal hatten sie nur komische Geschmacksrichtgungen im Sortiment mit Süßungsmitteln. Anscheinend hat sich das aber wieder geändert. Aber ich habe letztes Mal das hier bestellt:

Und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Löslichkeit ist richtig gut, was bei dem von Natural Elements nicht immer gegeben war.

Die bio Berchtesgadener Land Milch habe ich weder bei REWE noch bei Edeka gefunden ,nur die normale .

Die Schwarzwald Milch habe ich schon probiert und sie schmeckt definitv anders als die Berchtesgadener nicht-bio, schwer zu sagen wie anders, aber schmecken beide gut .

@Mauritio Sehr schade. Ich finde ich schmecke einen deutlichen Unterschied zwischen der Nicht-Bio und der Bio-Variante. Aber das würde vermutlich darauf hindeuten, dass du nicht in Bayern lebst. Hier findet man die Laktosefreie Bio-Frischmilch oft selbst im Discounter vom Berchtesgadener. Die Schwarzwald-Milch kenne ich nicht und habe ich noch nie gesehen. Würde ich aber gerne probieren.

Another question for everyone in here: anyone found frozen potato fries that aren't precooked in vegetable oil? Or wedges? Everything I can find here has sunflower oil. Even something without oil at all would be awesome.

Anybody noiced that eiskonfekt is almost a perfect peaty food?

First four ingredients are all peaty staples: sugar, coconut oil, milk, cacao

Macros are also good:
High carb, mid- high fat, low protein

I'd prefer fat to be a bit lower than it is (36g)
but it at least almost all of it is saturated (33g) .
