      Subclinical Varicocele, in attempt to fix it before it progresses worse

      Currently doing regular daily stretches for the pelvic floor, hip flexors, psoas, TRE (trauma and tension release exercise), twists, bridges, yoga, cardio (no sprinting; running; bicycle riding; carefully selected for the least increase of IAP and vein stress), diet on point even before this occured (animal based no dairy except kefir once a month with lots of raw fruit in general and lately lean meats, no iron overload or other issues), considering magnesium bicarbonate water, figuring out cremaster muscle strengthening (been hanging low all my life, ideally it should be uptight, even slightly going inside on orgasm), rebounding without a trampoline, healing frequencies, Horse Chestnut Extract + Rutin (180mg Aescin and 600mg rutin divided over 3 capsules during the day), glute walking, avoiding weights or lifting of any sort, axial extensions, leg raising sometimes as needed, trying to gain more weight in case it's because of Nutcracker Syndrome (bigger internal fatpad, I'm lean)

      I have weak abs, glutes 100%

      I don't want to have to deal with this all my life, considering I'm not even old. Any other ideas on what I can do to heal or help healing meanwhile? Heard about DMSO on scrotum, pelvic and stomach area potentially helping clear up calcium (had been taking high doses, applied topically down there and taken orally Vitamin D3 +K2 MK-7 + E olive oil [no other ingredients]
