I'm eating multiple meals per day, sometimes lean proteins sometimes 87/13 ground beef, different types of veg rice and coconut oil, sometimes bread and butter, sometimes convenience food cookie binges (always with palm oil), plus sodas and before bed I have literally 1200kcal of ice cream, sometimes I wake up at night to eat, last week I ate a tub of rice pudding after I woke up and went back to bed, occasional mega binges on cheeses and crackers, mostly skim milk but sometimes 2%, sugary cereal, canned beans, various fruits, sometimes homemade pizza binges, whey protein shakes with dextrose etc, etc.
and im not getting fat, in fact I actually look to be leaner lately.
