Magnesium on the front and back end to reduce lactic acid and the soreness it produces.

        No B1 Thiamine?

Edit, nevermind, i just saw TTFD B1 !

@BioEclectic Why do you think lactic acid produces DOMS?

@sunsunsun niacinamide saps methyl groups, if you want to take that much niacinamide balance it with TMG so you arent draining methyl groups

@sunsunsun overkill, but I haven't tried it. If you feel good on it, great, but if you feel nothing, it's probably because you are a young lad, and you don't need any of this - just adding this stuff creates imbalances as @beriberi said.

From what i had read at the old RPF forum, though i always hold open the possibility that i have either misconstrued or misremembered whatever i had read.

Not sure if this applies but I do know it noticeably reduces work or shoe related foot soreness. Mag sulfate and Mag bicarbonate.

@sunsunsun Boss, what do you think of Organic Bamboo Shoot Powder.

"Dried bamboo shoots contain about 20–38 g of mostly insoluble fibre per 100 g, and their silicon content is estimated at roughly ~700–2,000 mg per 100 g dry weight, depending on species and processing."

@engineer i increased meal frequency and it mostly makes workout shakes pointless cause theres adequate energy making material but i might try the mix again for some intense cardio

@alfredoolivas im considering getting those cooked bamboo shoots that come shrink wrapped. i feel like
the canned ones might have leached alot of soluble silicon into canning water. but then again maybe the former kind are also boiled and water discarded before being packaged
