Idealabs Supplements Review

@alfredoolivas hold on, since DHT is highly androgenic, doesnt that mean it would be anabolic as well? 11-keto is more resistant to metabolism so maybe it has a significant effect here? It appears as though 12 drops per day of 11-keto-DHT would cost the same as 25 drops of 6-keto-p4.

Meldonium is wayyyyy better than pyrucet

what has Ray Peat said about it?
-
@engineer It gets deactivated in muscle tissue. Even methylated DHT, mestanalone, which is resistant to metabolism, was classed as androgenic and not very anabolic
-
@alfredoolivas now, even though it isn't directly anabolic, could it assist in achieving that goal by lowering cortisol and prolactin?
-
@engineer I think prolactin is anabolic, if i remember correctly. It probably lowers cortisol via reduced AcTH
-
@alfredoolivas cite some studies
I can't find anything saying prolactin is positive in anything but thymus regeneration and dopamine suppression/serotonin production
-
@engineer I just knows it rises along with growth hormone
-
@engineer Hypoprolactenmia, which can be achieved easily via caber use etc, is really bad though.

You have been using all of these supplements within the space of 6 weeks? How are you able to accurately differentiate their effects? Not jabbing but could you detail your regimen?
Could you also describe the feeling of sugar burn and carb burn as well please? I took pyrucet for around 2 months and didn't 'feel' much of anything though I did notice effects on body composition etc...

@DKJoeAgain now that I think about it, it has been more like 2 months, but even so I tend to respond quickly to supplements. Usually, the way I've done it is I add on something, wait several days to feel what the effects are, and assess. The effects seem to plateau after that so that's how I've been able to assess them.
For the pyrucet, the carb burn effect isn't really something you feel but rather something you observe. So although I might have felt a little warmer in the midsection (due to faster digestion of things like orange juice) the end result is that I feel hungrier and hypoglycemic much earlier than if I had not taken the pyrucet. It was shocking how much earlier it was at first but now I've gotten used to it. And you can tell the carbs were burned, because you feel no more bloating than without the pyrucet with the same amount of carbs.
