      I think I have everything I need.
Following my discontinuation of SSRIS two years ago my gut suffered changes that are still with me today. (PSSD, Sugar irritates gut, Really poor digestion overall, addiction / serotonin issues etc)
Anyway this is what im going to try/Have been using:

Oregano oil daily - Maybe for 2 weeks
      Carrot salad daily
      Gelatin with every meal
Starch avoidance besides potatoes and rice
No refined sugar only berries and Honey.
      Kefir & some milk
cook with butter instead of olive oil
      Daily coconut oil

Ill let you all know how it goes.......

        1. You're going to make a selection. Not adapted so if ...
Need to reach the second part of the colon. It won't so (oil) => enteric-coated capsules with delayed effect.
How are you going to bypass the aggressivity of origano oil (SIBO)?
        2. How is the transit? 2x\d.
        3. Need a plan. No empty place.
        4. Which new phyla / probiotic?
        5. Right / appropriate diet?

NB1: I've done it with a plan. Orignao softgels was a part of the solution.
I'll start with a 48-hour semi-fast. Use water with multiple molecules. First, ration the Candida albicans, but subtly (restrict food intake, don't starve it: choose the right kind of food, at the beginning). Weaken it first, numb it, then pummel it, and finally eliminate it. Gradual approach. Otherwise, the bacteria will retaliate (cramps, headaches, junk food cravings, low mood).
I repeat: with a SIBO, the bowels are irritated. You can't adopt this behavior: "I'll see how I react". Weak tolerance. Or you pay the bill soon or later. rather shortly.
NB2: Bacteria are able to evolve and change their defense. So, you need the right molecules if we want to avoid adaptation.
