@JWayne well exem isnt a sup it is a drug and that catagory includes testo provi maestro etc which would be more appropriate for such goal

As for the side effects, you will feel those and you can stop exemestane for a couple days until you feel better again. I would not take exemestane everyday as even bodybuilders use it every other day at most. I would keep it e/o or even every two or three days.

With regard to being a healthy male, I would not suggest any pharmacological interventions. But, if you're low-T in some way then this can be an experiment for you.

How are you measuring your doses that exactly?

@JWayne liquid bottles,

my pregnenolone/dhea is 4mg per drop

my prog bottle is about 2mg per drop

my exemestane bottle is 1.25mg per drop

@wester130 I doubt that will feel anything from DHEA and progesterone at that dose. But the exemestane is potent enough to have an effect. All you can do is try and see what produces the most benefits for you. The good news is that even if you think you made a mistake (which at these very low doses is not really a concern), your hormones will stabilize within a few days.

For instance, I've taken 400mg pregnenolone and 50mg DHEA and 12.5mg exemestane and didn't experience anything wild. I've also taken various doses of exemestane without DHEA/pregnenolone/progesterone. Any low estrogen symptoms go away within 1-3 days of ceasing A.I. administration.
