Anyone had success deepening voice or correcting weak voice?

Thank you and I do notice when I am stressed it concentrate in the throat area, any particular nutrient youd reccomend topically? Vould this be affected by poor posture as well?

@mostlylurking So high dose thiamine should fix dysautonomia? Ive tried 500 mg B1 HCLdaily for a few weeks but didnt really notice anything substantial also trried TTFFD B1 and felt off.. Maybe the doses werent high enough?

Yes, thiamine will correct dysautonomia. I don't think that you took a high enough dose of thiamine hcl. Or perhaps you didn't take it with plain water, or you took it with food?
I chose to use thiamine hcl because TTFD gave me a headache that lasted 36 hours. I learned that TTFD uses glutathione to work; my glutathione was very low due to the oxidative stress caused by my mercury toxicity so my body could not tolerate the TTFD. I learned via Elliot Overton that if you have this problem (low glutathione) that taking thiamine hcl will increase your level of glutathione so that you can then tolerate TTFD. And my own glutathione level did rise to normal after several months. But I do so well on the thiamine hcl that I never made the switch to TTFD.
I relied on the knowledge of Dr. Costantini regarding the dose needed of thiamine hcl. Thiamine hcl, taken orally, has a very poor absorption rate through the gut wall. His website provides the information needed to determine your optimum dose based on your body weight. My own optimum dose for thiamine hcl is 1 gram, 2Xday. This dose, taken for 7 days, equals to one 100mg of thiamine hcl taken by injection per week. Dr. Costantini's FAQs provide a lot of helpful information.

@sweet-treat What dosage did you take? It could be because if all its metabolites, dht, androsterone etc. I think Ive noticed the same but not always with dhea

@mostlylurking Do you take it indefinitely? Does it eventually fix the issue?

@Hussle1738 Hi, "weak voice", what do you mean specifically, inability to speak loudly, infentine or high-pitched voice, inability to vibrate?
-
Since no one told you, pregnenolone can help.

I'm planning on taking thiamine hcl indefinitely. I'm dealing with very long term mercury toxicity. I also believe that my body does a poor job of detoxing heavy metals in general. Because of this, my oxidative stress level was very high (before high dosing thiamine). I believe I developed Wernicke's Encephalopathy in 2020 after getting my thiamine function blocked by taking Bactrim antibiotic. I developed a tremor in my right hand at that time (Parkinson's symptoms). High dosing thiamine hcl resulted in my full recovery. However, I believe I still have the mercury problem so I am still prone to high oxidative stress. So taking the high dose thiamine hcl for the duration (along with some magnesium, niacinamide, and some riboflavin) seems a small price to pay to stay healthy.
Here's a video about thiamine for your consideration:

Yes, my health symptoms resolved quickly and my health continued to improve for around 6 months when high dosing thiamine hcl. My health continues to be very good.
My very long term (decades) digestive tract dysautonomia symptoms resolved within 2 days after working up to my optimum dose of thiamine hcl; I follow Dr. Costantini's protocol regarding the amount of my dose.

practice voice acting and it will eventually stick

@Hussle1738 I'm quite sure you can do some exercises which will deepen your voice. Lots of online voice coaching who claim this. Lots of material available.

@mostlylurking Sounds promising! Just got my bag of thiamine hcl today. Will start dosing tomorrow. Thanks for sharing!

@JailBaitEnjoyer haha yes, Ive been smoking organic american spirits for a bit they help momentarily as long as I fuel properly before and after.

@mostlylurking Interesting I always wonder if that is my issues as well since I had a lot of mercury amalgams as a kid. I still have two. Niacinamide, B1 , and riboflavin I botice all help me as well. whats your dosages for rubofkavin and niacinamide?
-
@mostlylurking One more question brother, should there be any concern for B1 at high dosage depleting any other b vitamins or other cofactors?
-
@Hussle1738 You're welcome. Spend some time over at Dr. Costantini's website; because he worked with thousands of patients using thiamine hcl specifically, there is a lot of practical information there. Read the FAQs for hands on advice about things that are helpful and things to avoid.

Your remaining mercury amalgams need to be addressed, the safe way to minimize more damage to you.. This should be very high on your list of must do's. I've posted on this forum about mercury. Selenium is very important as mercury depletes selenium. Selenium is needed to convert thyroid hormone T4 into the active form T3. Mercury causes high oxidative stress which depletes thiamine.
Elliot Overton provides information (somewhere) about additional supplements that are needed when high dosing thiamine; these include magnesium, niacinamide, and riboflavin. I take 3100mg of magnesium glycinate, divided into 2 doses daily; 100mg niacinamide, 4Xday; 100mg riboflavin, 4Xday. I take some other things as well (including 200mcg selenium and some zinc) but these seem to be the main ones tied in with the high dose thiamine. I've learned recently that high dose thiamine can deplete zinc.
I was unable to tolerate more than 250 mgs of magnesium glycinate prior to taking high dose thiamine; thiamine improves the tolerance for magnesium. Magnesium is very important for multiple reasons.

@ATP 1-5 milligrams topically. Very low dose, not sure how much is even absorbed through the skin. Seems to be very powerful. I did have estrogen symptoms after extended use at the range of 5-10 milligrams, though.
