Is Sam Sulek ugly gymcel cope being passed off as "based and sigma"?

@Sugar sam sulek is pretty sweet and funny
-
@Sugar Hi, from my experience, it seems that some of the people who watch body buider videos or anime such as Baki the grappler think that this kind of muscular volume is aesthetic, and the manifestation of a high degree of "Masculinity", athleticism, specifically some of the teenagers who base their standard on these things

I like Sam. He's a just young guy that absolutely loves everything bodybuilding, you only need to watch one of his videos to see he has a real passion for lifting. It's endearing.
Young people like him because he's huge, good meme material, and plays clash royale. He's relatable like that.
I'm worried he'll go the way of Zyzz though, he looks horrendously unhealthy.

@Sugar said in Is Sam Sulek ugly gymcel cope being passed off as "based and sigma"?:
"muh everything I don't like is a propaganda pushed to me by rockefeller and the js"
"Gym reduces your lifespan."
"He looks like a freak. No women will ever find him attractive."
"Training legs is the most useless thing you could possible do. The muscle you train would never be used in nature."
"People 100 years ago would believe he has some kind of mental illness."
People 100 years ago would believe he is a monster, he would go from town to town and challenge other strongmen, or perform tricks in a circus. Lindy lifestyle. Of course he had to make the "no woman will like him" argument because he's weak and lives in a longhouse. "Aesthetic this", "beauty that", but if you truly cared you would have recognized the Faustian strife of the White Man - to conquer land, space, and even one's own flesh.
Sure it's not "optimooool" but who would want to be like that and at the end of days still die nameless? In the end the only slave is you for as long as you keep obsessing over Sam.
Overall, longhoused weak loser with un-peaty diet advice. Why would you link something like that?
-
@zawisza A lot of words for a gymcel coping. What he's saying is true. Working out, especially extreme working out lowers your lifespan. Peat talks about this. Not to mention all of the drugs he's on and macro nutrient focused diet where he counts calories and eats zogslop. You're definitely better off eating peaty and just doing light exercise, there's no denying that. No reason to put your body through all of that stress just to look like a freak.
-
@Sugar It's also true that muscles are pro-metabolic and so is being big. Workout stress can be offset with sugar and proper volume+rest.
What Sam does is not optimal and he's understanding of physiology is poor (just like the guy's in video), but who cares if he's redefining human limits regardless while guys like you are seething and coping for being smaller and weaker.
You cannot get jacked without "stress" and with "optimoool" "lifestyle". That's the price for greatness.

@Sugar I agree with everything you said but I think people find solace and comfort in Sam's straightforward obsession with "getting as big as possible." They are irony poisoned and can't fathom people just being honest and straight forward with their intentions. Everything in the current year must be for something noble. Sam is just autistically focused on getting as big as possible and doesn't really care about anything else and that's why people love him.
He is ugly though, but that adds to the authenticity. He isn't going "I just want to get as strong as possible" but then you look and he is actually looksmaxxing but is too embarrassed to admit it so is hiding behind "I just wanna get strong."
People are sick of everyone using irony to cover their neuroses and deep fear of vulnerability.
Same with these "activists" who really just have a nietzchean Wille zur Macht that hide behind a moral veneer since society has taught them that wanting raw power is morally reprehensible.

Steroid users are mentally ill degenerate transhumanists who should have no place in any kind of serious health circle, literally just the right wing version of being a tranny. Sadly there's plenty of them in the twitter peating sphere (like landshark). Sulek is going to be dead within 5 years
-
sam sulek is a roid tranny yet he comes short of any aesthetics. but hey, at least he’s making a living yapping in front of a camera so props to him i guess. i will continue naturally lifting whenever i feel like it and aspire to attain a beautiful physique like that of larry scott and sergio olivia who had mass but not too freakishly lean & well proportioned full muscles and healthy skin.
also all the comments saying he will be dead within a decade are probably untrue alot of roid trannys can live into their late 60’s, some of the top bodybuilders from the late 80’s are still alive and “well”.
Anyways, i sill wish and hope that sam sulek dies as soon as possible since he will likely attain a 9/10 blonde gympawg from his social status that he was only able to gain by using performance enhancing drugs.
while gentle, romantic, natural, beautiful souls like me will rott away as a homeless trucel neets since we refuse to cheat and be untrue to ourselves. but such is life. -
@Chud I want to looks like 7zyzz before he took DNP and died
-
@Sugar nice cherry picking but he doesn't seem to have acne scars anymore. I also don't get the anti-roids speech. Short question here: if you were to offer tren to an ancient greek athlete would he decline? i don't think so.

If not holy shit man get a hold of yourself stop comparing yourself to others or you’re going to drown in envy.
There is so much more to well-being then being jacked and engaging in baseless sex with “gympawgs” lol

another thing noticeable here is that you can't have fun without renting a free space inside the minds of some fags and that people love to cope their own mediocrity by cherry picking extreme cases. You can't talk about beauty or aesthetic standards being a sub 170lbs pencil neck with spaguetti arms, non existent legs and some pretty weak yet visible abs (mostly because of really low levels of bodyfat). Yet, these weaklings will be the first to tell you they are actually sane, healthy and that you suffer from some mental disorder.

@Arvidivs Body dismorphia or bigorexia is a real phenomenon, the best thing is not to wish ill or be mean to people who seem to have it,
Your example of a great physique joshua Kenyon is a guy who has an infentin face, with disproportionate muscle volume and a thin neck(something you seem to criticize) relative to his head and body, and you said you personally do body building for the perception of men and not women
In most cases, no amount of muscle in itself is going to make a man feel good, masculine and serene, and comfortable talking to and good looking from women's perspective
The majority of men who have a higher degree of Masculinity, energy, althetism, serenity, who are comfortable with and who appear good looking to women(in case you're talking to them), don't have a body built with disproportionate muscles, whether it's some of the hunter-gatherers, known people, people in our environnement
-
@Runenight201 @Arvidivs I hate him for being a subhuman Polak
-
@Truth that's a lot of cherry picking. To begin with i work out for myself and to match my ideals of a good and "healthy" (on quote because it is a very biased word) life. I didn't say i work for male perception, i said if it was to take in consideration perceptions from other people i would rather take the ones from other males over females (the later being worthless to me), since 99% of women cant comprehend the implications of masculine activities such as the physical culture. There's a trick when it comes to female perception as well, domestication mechanisms (longhouse) are very common in the relation of females with their partners and to submit to them is a way to improve the control of your woman towards yourself (i'm not implying women are evil or something like that, just using a phenomenon to complement my point). Women have a tendency to dismiss much of the value of your physique or to tell you they don't like anything beyond the "lean with abs" standard because even though the fitness industry is really big people with impressive physiques (and lets take in consideration just the natural ones) are pretty rare amongst the general population. Women instinctively know about this fact and cope to maintain the value of attraction on them.
You're right no amount of muscles by themselves can give these positive traits to a man, but you're missing quite of a bigger picture here (you're either doing it out of bad faith or you're dumber than i thought), training is not limited to muscles. There's a chain of metabolic processes that happens when you train and they will have an impact on many things on your body including on your mind and the way you think. Training can improve your testosterone levels, your sensitivity to insulin, it will regulate your cortisol levels, it will stimulate the release of GH and many other things. These along with the aesthetic result can positively affect your confidence, cognitive capacity and social anxiety, things that are important to talk to people and, more specifically, to women (and again, i see it more as a positive consequence than your whole reason for working out).
You're talking about a very vague archetype that can range through very different types of men, but i suspect you're speaking it out of self-awareness to promote yourself as this ideal. You look like shit (literally, you're brown). Your arms are thin and lacking of muscular development and i suspect your legs find themselves in the same or in an even worst situation. Your torso has some development although just a little, yet it is enough to make it disproportionate with your limbs, lower back and neck. Given this i dont think you're in a position to say if Joshua's physique is either ugly or disproportionate as you suffer from these two in a way worse degree. -
@Love_The_Blacks now we talking lmao
-
@Love_The_Blacks I second this. #WeHatePolaks. Sam seems alright though. I respect his lack of irony poisoning and his straightforward sincere "I just want to get big."
he's way better than Solbrah the rapist (Solbrah also likely raped Wil Stancil the Hicklib journalist)
