I'm thinking 2 teaspoons baking soda, sugar and caffeine.
Intra-workout probably coca-cola would help keep lactic acid low.
    Any thoughts?

@PissBoy I’ve liked bicarb beforehand with a coffee & OJ/coke (sometimes add MB too).

During, coke or red bull has worked well for me.

@PissBoy also Beta-alanine (maybe not entirely Peaty). However, I’m not sure that’s as popular these days in the mainstream supps.

@Buckian tried 2 tablespoons of baking soda with cola and hit a bench PR, my stool seems less digested though. A sacrifice.

Meraki MB and some OJ is my go to, sometimes I'll put Meraki MB in my water bottle (I use sparkling water + OJ) and the pump is insane. Maybe I'll put some baking soda in as well.
