@Harlock Idk the exact IU's, but I put 20 drops or so of this https://www.maryruthorganics.com/products/k2-mk7-organic-drops on my leg and wrap it with Glad Saran Wrap

            Since K2 increases osteocalcin...

"In contrast, circulating levels of osteocalcin plummet early during adulthood in mice, monkeys, and humans of both genders. Exploring these observations revealed that osteocalcin signaling in myofibers is necessary for adaptation to exercise by favoring uptake and catabolism of glucose and fatty acids, the main nutrients of myofibers. Osteocalcin signaling in myofibers also accounts for most of the exercise-induced release of interleukin-6, a myokine that promotes adaptation to exercise in part by driving the generation of bioactive osteocalcin. We further show that exogenous osteocalcin is sufficient to enhance the exercise capacity of young mice and to restore to 15-month-old mice the exercise capacity of 3-month-old mice. This study uncovers a bone-to-muscle feedforward endocrine axis that favors adaptation to exercise and can reverse the age-induced decline in exercise capacity."

@dannyphantom The placebo effect is strong.

Unless you really think the 10mcg or whatever is being absorbed is doing something

How much is the advantage of wrapping it serán wrap? I’ve been using Haidut’d D+K2 daily 5000IU D and 10mg K2 Mk4 for about a month now but haven’t noticed anything really significant. I put in my belly button and then just let it soak for about 10 minutes before rubbing it in with my wrists and then going on my way.

@Runenight201 Danny suggests topical application on the leg, try doing that and see if it helps. The saran wrap helps with the absorption.

Ok. Im curious behind the mechanisms of why the leg would be more effective than say the arm.

Perhaps it’s just a matter of convenience. Easier to wrap your leg than arm.
