@boats many guys with a tight cut (little or no slack skin) will have to start with manual methods then move up to air inflation. Even if you're not interested in developing a foreskin, this is a way to eliminate painful erections. Inflation sure looks crazy at first, but this method yields the quickest gains.

Just buy silicon scar tape and put a small piece on your glans every day. It works great.

@CO2-Maxi just a small piece of tape over the glans so it's clearing the urethral opening of course. It makes an enormous difference after a few months.

@Ecstatic_Hamster For sure. Most guys who are restoring report sensitivity beginning the increase after the new skin growth reaches about 50% glans coverage (~CI-5) and dramatic increases thereafter with full coverage and overhang. KOT!

@Himmler every single day. I take it off at night before bedtime. You wouldn't believe how much sensitivity increases after a few months.
