Trying to help someone treat a reoccurring rash (doctor diagnosed it as fungal and it looks like ringworm). She took a round of Fluconazole (iirc; I know it's toxic but it was too late) as well as some topical cream. Rash dissipated for awhile, but returns when she's sick.

Her diet is fairly Peaty (broad sense), supplements regularly with various B-complex/zinc, takes C when sick (C seems to help rash recede). Uses Progest-E regularly and takes aspirin fairly irregularly.

      Any ideas?

@Karl-Kronstadt Yes, try flowers of sulphur! Useful supplement Ray talked about a fair few times. Shouldn't be taken regularly since it depletes copper, but it's an effective way of killing most fungal infections. It carries little to no risk in the short term (both topical and oral) so if you misdiagnosed it it's not a big worry.

@onliest oh I don't! Assuming you're in the US (which is a fair assumption because you didn't consider the possibility of other countries existing)

@CO3 wait what? There are other countries besides the US?

@CO3 Is there a significant difference between Flower of Sulfur vs. Sulfur tablets (she's finding it hard to find any source for Flower of Sulfur; but I may just tell her to order it online).

@Karl-Kronstadt I order everything online tbh. Don't even know where I'd look for that. I bought some flowers of sulphur meant for use with plants (probably not ideal).

Anyway, flowers of sulphur is just sulphur. As long as it's not MSM (which still might work) and actually sulphur, it should work fine.

Why not MSM? My bottle says MSM Organic Sulphur.

@S-Holmes MSM is organic, regular sulphur, also called flowers of sulphur, is inorganic. It's processed differently, and the latter is safer from what I remember. If I could find Ray's quote I would post it here.
