@Shar_to_the_dae Did the sleepy part pass? This is why I stopped taking it, I went from 8 hrs like clockwork, to suddenly sleeping 10 hours, even eleven

@Inzil bro that’s the dream. The most metabolically healthy people I know sleep 12+ hrs without waking

@Inzil The initial adjustment period lasted about a week for me. Though for some people it takes a couple of cycles and figuring out the right dose. I found three drops way too much. I do 2 drops about 3 times a day, up to 5 some days. Did u feel good otherwise?

@Shar_to_the_dae At that point I still smoked. After quitting, my severe PMS/PMDD disappeared, which was mainly why I was taking it. So I took quite a lot, I used up most of a bottle of Prog-E in two weeks, I wasn't sure how big the drops were supposed to be and thought I was supposed to take a corn sized one. So, maybe I will do it again, just less this time. Yes, I am retarded.

The first week I felt good, then I felt cranky. I get depressed when I sleep too much, 8 hrs is the sweet spot for me

@AltarandThrone More than 9 hrs of sleep makes me depressed. I did sleep heavily though

@Inzil I can often wake up depressed too - but even on short hours of sleep. I'd blame poor glycogen storage in the liver, and the corresponding elevated cortisol.
