      Whats the deal with armpit smell from B complex? Like B/O / Onion/sulfer smell I begin to smell it when Im warm/slight sweat, localised in my armpits

      Is it the choline or B1 or something else?

        @Samyo
        I wouldn't be surprised if it were the b1 since thiamine has a sulfur atom in the molecule

            Today I was told my armpit smells right after taking some B1 so this appears to be a thing...

              @Samyo @tea B1 and B7 contain sulfur. I'd guess that you have a mild sulfur intolerance. Most dietary sulfur should be converted to sulfate, but if you have an overgrowth of Hydrogen Sulfide producing bacteria more sulfur would be converted to sulfite instead.

                  @Samyo Eggs have high sulfur, generally sulfur intolerance can happen because of a molybdenum deficiency. You could test and see if you have the same reaction to other high sulfur foods. Or it could be something else of course
