It was good for me for a few days, but then I suspect it irritated my intestine. Must be taken with plenty of food. It also lowers blood sugar.

RE: Antibiotics causing fungal infections - mechanism is through reducing IL-17a and GM-CSF immune cells
I think taking rivoflavin can help avoid the opportunistic fungal infection after antibiotics.
Also, maybe it's a good idea to take some flowers of sulfur after the round of antibiotics is done?

Anyone taking vitamin A orally?
I was always sketched by Peat's comments of vitamin A burning his lips if it touched a little, an therefore use the vitamin A supplements on my skin.
I am trying to use a high amount of it, and with an estimated topical absorption of 10%, it's just not viable.
Is anyone taking vitamin A orally? Could I mix it with some food to make it go as far down as possible?
Thank you!

RE: Braun in-ear thermometer measurement?
@diamond generally speaking you have to subtract one degree Fahrenheit to arrive at the core temperature. I don't think it's perfect so don't get too frustrated if your ear temperature seems too low from subtracting the degree.

RE: Help I can't poop.
Carrot salad, often. Pau D'arco tea, and cascara sagrada should create the need to have a bowel movement in a normal situation.

RE: Topical Solutions on scalp for hair regrowth
@Cicero yes, especially the fatty topicals. There is an interesting Twitter thread about this from the handle @jessicagenetics on Twitter. Without washing the topicals quickly enough you'll start having build-up, product buildup leads to more hair thinning.
