It was good for me for a few days, but then I suspect it irritated my intestine. Must be taken with plenty of food. It also lowers blood sugar.

RE: Antibiotics causing fungal infections - mechanism is through reducing IL-17a and GM-CSF immune cells
I think taking rivoflavin can help avoid the opportunistic fungal infection after antibiotics.
Also, maybe it's a good idea to take some flowers of sulfur after the round of antibiotics is done?

Anyone taking vitamin A orally?
I was always sketched by Peat's comments of vitamin A burning his lips if it touched a little, an therefore use the vitamin A supplements on my skin.
I am trying to use a high amount of it, and with an estimated topical absorption of 10%, it's just not viable.
Is anyone taking vitamin A orally? Could I mix it with some food to make it go as far down as possible?
Thank you!

RE: Braun in-ear thermometer measurement?
@diamond generally speaking you have to subtract one degree Fahrenheit to arrive at the core temperature. I don't think it's perfect so don't get too frustrated if your ear temperature seems too low from subtracting the degree.

@DavidPS Seems phishy if he did it without his permition.

RE: Help I can't poop.
Carrot salad, often. Pau D'arco tea, and cascara sagrada should create the need to have a bowel movement in a normal situation.

+1 to Forefront, otherwise Tocovit from idealabs, the one in EVOOO.

RE: Topical Solutions on scalp for hair regrowth
@Cicero yes, especially the fatty topicals. There is an interesting Twitter thread about this from the handle @jessicagenetics on Twitter. Without washing the topicals quickly enough you'll start having build-up, product buildup leads to more hair thinning.

@TopicalsOnBalls yes, never more than 12 hours or so.

RE: Cyproheptadine Warning
@Master How much are you taking? Too much can start driving serotonin and prolactin up.

RE: Most effective way to learn a new language?
Reading about a topic you enjoy has been the best tool for me over the years. Nothing like reading with pleasure and writing all the words you don't understand down. It will slow down your reading but it will force you to learn all the words.

RE: Topical Solutions on scalp for hair regrowth
Whatever you try topically on the scalp make sure to wash it well a few hours before it starts clogging the follicles on your scalp. Any treatment should be considered leave-in for a number of hours and then washed out with a good shampoo.
Topical application abuse can lead to more hair thinning which is a pain to recover from and requires a shit ton of high metabolism.

RE: Bromocriptine is more anti serotonin than cypro for me
@Chud the problem with the stuffy nose is SO real. Do you know the explanation for this? I had the nose blocking effects from 1.25mg, half a tablet.

RE: Methylene Blue
@CO3 Why do you think people should stay away from it? Could you elaborate?
-
RE: Methylene Blue
I used 5 to 10mg per day for about 10 days to deal with a positive result for Herpes Simplex Virus 2. It's too much of a hassle because you are supposed to avoid foods that mess with serotonin like coffee, artisan cheeses, chocolate, milk while taking MB.
For most of us the pee turns blue at 5mg and that's something Haidut has also mentioned.
MB can prevent the degradation of serotonin so yes, I don't think high doses every day are perfectly safe. Best to take just a little bit and let it build up if higher doses in tissues are needed.

RE: Foamy urine
@Peater0921 There is a lot of FAO happening while you're sleeping. Stress hormones also peak in the middle of the night. Consider also a 8 to 9 hour fast. That's why.

RE: Looking for experiences with metergoline
@peatyzilian I only tried the one from Idealabs and I couldn't feel anything from it. Regular dose if not smaller.

@thyroidchor27 Idealabs not updating the product photos irks me so bad. Let's see what happens with the product info being linked to what used to be rpf.

@brightside does the acetate ester convert to estrogen at all, or you are just getting a less potent version of DHT?
Thank you.
