@DukesBobby777 No, i didn't, because this drug eventually would be too expensive to keep doing it. Actually, i'm on Mirtazapine 30mg, an atypical antidepressant that it's a serotonin antagonist very similar to Metergoline bc it acts specifically of the 5-ht2 receptors and i'm getting good results (althought i'm thinking about increasing the dose to 45mg). If you have high serotonin symptoms i would give it a try, I get the prescription monthly from my psychiatrist and since I started it my symptoms have drastically reduced

@Mulloch94 I
ve heard that agonism at 5-HT1A receptor it
s not a big deal, actually would be good because that receptor inhibits - or regulate - serotonergic transmission -
RE: Looking for experiences with metergoline
@Mulloch94 Took 1.5mg and felt nothing on it.

RE: Solutions to excessive smartphone usage
@CO3 I think this is my main problem today. One good suggestion is to put the phone on grayscale mode (the colors are too stimulating, and causes cheap dopamine in the brain). It definetly works and makes the experience of doomscrolling more boring.
Also, delete Twitter as well, or at least put some time restriction on it. Probably the most addictive social media today.

RE: Took 3mcg of T3. Felt almost nothing.
@CO3 Sure, i wasn't expecting to feel insanely good either and the purpose of the topic was precisely to know if it would be necessary to increase the dose or not.

RE: Took 3mcg of T3. Felt almost nothing.
@CO3 Idk what to expect, but i’ll try more 3mcg tomorrow on breakfast and on lunch. I’m just wondering if i should have felt something, since i’ve heard T3 is way more potent than T4.

Took 3mcg of T3. Felt almost nothing.
So i’ve had 3mcg of T3 with food today. I was quite anxious, and on the first 30 minutes i felt my temperature raising from 95.14F to 97.16F. Besides this, i didn’t felt anything different.
I decided to take T3 because i feel my symptoms are thyroid related (fatigue, lack of focus, depressed mood, low temps etc). But now i’m thinking:Should i take more? I’m planning to maybe try 6mcg. Or there is a chance that my problems aren’t thyroid-related?

RE: Killing serotonin without drugs
@yerrag Thanks, that should be helpful!
One thing i'm also noticing is that i'm waking up with morning temps of like 94.64F°. Too low. No wonder why i keep tired all day...
I'm considering taking some T3.
